When making the purchase of the service I will contact you to arrange the location, date and time in which it is best for you to receive the session, and you will have the confirmation of our agreement by email.
Locations available for face-to-face sessions: Segovia capital and province.
Returns
You can request a full refund of the amount of your order in any of these cases:
- If due to a cause of force majeure you cannot attend the appointment.
- If for whatever reason, in the online session, the internet connection does not work well and therefore you cannot receive good sound quality.
Cancellation
To cancel the session, you have a period of 2 days prior to the appointment. We can set a date and time that best suits you.
